Guest Loyalty Program
Members of the Jeff Ruby Loyalty Program have the opportunity to earn value for purchases at any of Jeff Ruby’s restaurants and redeem it at a future visit. Members are also eligible for exclusive promotions, offers, and special bonuses throughout the year.
How It Works
Points are applied to your account every time you dine with us. For every $1.00 you spend on food and non-alcoholic beverages only, 1 point is added to your account. For every 250 points earned, a $25.00 reward will be added to your card, redeemable the following day.
Jeff Ruby’s Guest Loyalty Program rewards may be used for any future food and non-alcoholic beverage purchase at our restaurants or when purchasing takeout, delivery, or meal kits online.
Please note that Jeff Ruby’s Guest Loyalty Program rewards may not be used to purchase gift cards.
To join the Jeff Ruby’s Guest Loyalty Program, simply fill out the online form at the link below. Purchase is not required to become a member, and you can start earning points toward rewards immediately. Please make sure to use your preferred name, email address, and phone number when joining, as this is how you will identify your account when dining with us. Upon completing the sign-up process, you will receive a confirmation email.
The Jeff Ruby’s Guest Loyalty Program is now completely digital and can be accessed through the options below. If you joined our program before March 1, 2021, you may have a physical Jeff Ruby’s Guest Loyalty Program card that is connected to your account. Feel free to continue using this card to earn and redeem points on your purchases. Please keep in mind, that we are not able to retrieve account information and points/credit should an unregistered card be lost or stolen. To secure your existing account, we highly recommend registering it via the REGISTER AN EXISTING CARD link (above or below on this page) to add your name, email and phone number to your profile.If you joined the Jeff Ruby’s Guest Loyalty Program after March 1, 2021, your account is completely digital and already associated with your name, email, and phone number, and you don’t need a physical card to use your points. Just give your name or phone number to your server and they will be able to access your account to add or redeem points.

What is the Jeff Ruby Guest Loyalty Program?
The Jeff Ruby’s Guest Loyalty Program is our way of thanking and rewarding the many guests whose loyalty has made Jeff Ruby’s what it is today. It gives guests a way to earn rewards on every purchase of food and non-alcoholic beverages at any of Jeff Ruby’s restaurants.
How do I become a member?
Set up your new account here or by clicking the button above. No purchase is required to become a member and you can start earning points immediately.
Is there a cost to join?
No. There is no cost to join the program.
Can I add members to my account?
The program is intended for individual use. Only one membership card or number may be associated with your account.
How do I earn points and rewards?
Points are earned for every food and non-alcoholic purchase when you dine in our restaurants or when you order takeout, meal kits, or delivery online or by phone. For every $1.00 spent, 1 point is added to your account. For every 250 points earned, a $25.00 reward will be added to your card, which is redeemable the following day.
To earn points in the restaurant, just give the server your name and phone number (if you already have a physical card that you have not yet registered, then present your card to the server). To earn points when ordering online, enter your account number when prompted.
Please note that points are not earned when purchasing gift cards and rewards may not be used to purchase gift cards.
Can I earn points for a private party?
Absolutely! Points may be earned for food & non-alcoholic beverage purchases for private parties. But remember, your account must be active before signing the private party contract, and you must be the person paying the bill.
Can I receive points if another guest pays the dining check?
Our system applies points only to the account of the guest paying the bill. If the bill is split, we apply points to your account only for the portion that you pay.
When will my points be available for redemption?
Points are applied to your account within 24 hours of your payment transaction. Rewards will be available for redemption after this 24-hour period.
What can I redeem my rewards for?
Rewards can be redeemed for food and non-alcoholic beverage purchases at any of our restaurants. Rewards may also be redeemed for takeout, delivery, and meal kits by calling the restaurant when you place your order.
Please note that rewards may not be used to purchase gift cards and gift card purchases do not add points to your account.
Where can I redeem my points?

How long will my points stay in my account?
The points and rewards you earn remain on your account indefinitely. Check your card balance any time.
Will my contact information be released to any third parties?
Absolutely not. Your personal information is only used internally for the administration and execution of JRCE-related programs.
Will my points increase in value based on how much I spend?
No. To provide full and maximum benefits to all members, a flat rate of 10% points-to-dollars conversion will be applied to each account.
What happens if my card is lost or stolen?
Registering your card to your account online is the only way to protect your points and rewards if your card is lost or stolen. If you do lose your card, please contact us right away at 513-321-8080 or by emailing GuestLoyalty@JeffRuby.com. We are not able to replace cards or restore earned points or rewards in unregistered accounts.
What if I forget to tell my server I’m a Jeff Ruby’s Guest Loyalty member?
It’s no problem. To earn points from a previous purchase, just email GuestLoyalty@JeffRuby.com and attach a copy of your receipt and we will be happy to apply points to your account. Please note we are not able to add points retroactively to unregistered accounts. To get the most out of your account, please register your account right now.
Can I transfer points to another account?
The Jeff Ruby’s Guest Loyalty program is intended for personal use. Points, rewards, and membership benefits are not transferable.

Are there any other benefits to being a Jeff Ruby’s Guest Loyalty member?
There are! Jeff Ruby’s Guest Loyalty Program members receive periodic notifications of upcoming events, promotions, and specials. You also have exclusive access to member-only incentives and deals throughout the year.
Will I receive points on purchases made with Jeff Ruby gift cards?
Oh yes! Food & non-alcoholic beverage purchases made with Jeff Ruby Gift Cards are eligible to earn points. Remember though, the purchase of the gift card itself is not eligible to earn points.
Why do I need to register my Jeff Ruby’s Guest Loyalty card?
We are unable to transfer points from an unregistered card if it is lost or stolen. To ensure the security of your account, please register it with your name and contact information here.
If you joined our program before March 1, 2021, you have a physical Jeff Ruby’s Guest Loyalty Card. But it needs to be connected to an online account to access and manage your account, see point and reward balances, update contact information, and designate preferences.
How can I tell if my Jeff Ruby’s Guest Loyalty card is registered?
Just click here, and enter your card number. If you’ve already set up your online account, it will take you there. If not, you’ll be given an option to set up your account. Once into your account, if you see that your card is registered, no further action is needed. If not, just follow the prompts to register it. Should only take a few minutes.
Will I receive a physical membership card when I start my account?
We no longer issue physical cards for the Jeff Ruby’s Guest Loyalty Program. It is now completely online and can be accessed here, or at any of our restaurants by providing your server with your name or phone number.
If you already have a Jeff Ruby’s Guest Loyalty Card, you’re all set. But if you haven’t set up your online account yet, we urge you to do that here and register your card to protect its balance against loss or theft.
