Jeff Ruby’s Guest Loyalty Program is our way of thanking and rewarding the many guests whose loyalty to our brand has made it what it is today. The GLP offers guests the opportunity to earn value for purchases at any of Jeff Ruby’s restaurants and redeem it on future visits. Additionally, members will become eligible for exclusive promotions, offers and special bonuses throughout the year.

HOW IT WORKS:

Points are applied to your account every time you dine with us. For every $1.00 you spend on food and non-alcoholic beverages only, 1 point is added to your account. For every 250 points earned, a $25.00 reward will be added to your card, redeemable the following day.

Jeff Ruby’s Guest Loyalty Program rewards may be used for any future food and non- alcoholic beverage purchase made in the restaurants or online with the purchase of Carry Out, Meal Kits, or Delivery. (*Please note that Jeff Ruby’s Guest Loyalty Program rewards may not be used to purchase gift cards.*)

To join the Jeff Ruby’s Guest Loyalty Program, simply fill out the online form at the link below. Purchase is not required to become a member and you can start earning points toward rewards immediately! Please make sure to use your preferred name, email address, and phone number when joining as this is how you will identify your account when dining with us. Upon completing the sign-up process, you will receive a confirmation email.

*PLEASE NOTE: Our GLP is now 100% digital and can be accessed through the options below. If you joined our program before March 1, 2021, you may have a physical GLP card that is connected to your GLP account. You can continue using this card to earn and redeem points on your purchases. (We are unable to retrieve account information and points/credit should an unregistered card be lost or stolen. To further secure your existing account, we HIGHLY recommend completing registration of your existing account at the link below to add your name, email and phone number to your profile.)

If you joined after March 1, 2021, your account is completely digital and already associated with your name, email, and phone number, you do not need a physical card. When visiting a Jeff Ruby restaurant, simply give your name or phone number to your server and they will be able to access your account to add or redeem points!

IS THERE A COST TO JOIN?

There is no cost to join the program.

CAN I ADD MEMBERS TO MY ACCOUNT?

The program is intended for individual use only. Only one membership card/number may be associated with an account.

HOW DO I EARN REWARDS?

Points are earned for every food and non-alcoholic purchase when you dine in our restaurants or order Take Out, Meal Kits, or Delivery. For every $1.00 spent, 1 point is added to your account. For every 250 points earned, a $25.00 reward will be added to your card, redeemable the following day. 

To earn points in the restaurant, simply provide the server with your name and phone number. To earn points when ordering online, enter your account number when prompted. 

Points are not earned by purchasing Gift Cards and rewards may not be used for purchasing Gift Cards.

CAN I EARN POINTS FOR A PRIVATE PARTY?

Yes! Points may be earned for private parties (food & non-alcoholic beverage totals only) but you must be an active GLP member PRIOR to signing the contract and personally paying the bill.

CAN I RECEIVE CREDIT IF ANOTHER GUEST PAYS THE DINING CHECK?

Our system requires that points may only be applied to the account of the guest paying the bill. If the bill is split, we will credit your account for the portion that you pay.

WHEN WILL MY REWARDS BE AVAILABLE FOR REDEMPTION?

Points are applied to your account within 24 hours of your transaction. Eligible rewards will be available for redemption after this period.

FOR WHAT MAY I REDEEM MY GLP REWARDS?

GLP rewards may be used for any future food and non-alcoholic beverage purchase. Rewards may also be redeemed for Take Out, Meal Kit, and Delivery orders by calling the restaurant when you place your order. 

(*Please note that GLP rewards may not be used to purchase gift cards and buying a gift card does not add points to your account.*)

WHERE MAY MY GLP REWARDS BE REDEEMED?

GLP rewards may be redeemed for food and non-alcoholic beverages during Dine In service at any of our locations. GLP rewards may also be redeemed for Take Out, Meal Kit, and Delivery orders by calling the restaurant when you place your order.

HOW LONG WILL MY REWARDS REMAIN ON MY ACCOUNT?

Earned points and/or rewards will remain on your account indefinitely. To check your card balance please visit JeffRuby.com.

WILL MY CONTACT INFORMATION BE RELEASED TO ANY 3RD PARTY?

Absolutely not. Your personal information will be only used internally for the administration and execution of JRCE-related programs.

WILL MY POINTS INCREASE IN VALUE BASED ON MY SPEND LEVELS?

No. To provide full and maximum benefits to all members, a flat rate of 10% points-to-dollars conversion will be applied to each account.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN?

Registering your card online appropriately is the only way to protect your account in the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen card. If this occurs, please contact the Corporate office at 513-321-8080 or by emailing GuestLoyalty@JeffRuby.com. We are not able to replace cards or restore earned points or rewards held in unregistered accounts.

WHAT IF I FORGET TO TELL MY SERVER I’M A GLP MEMBER?

To receive points from a previous dinner, email GuestLoyalty@JeffRuby.com with a copy of the receipt from your Jeff Ruby Experience and we will be happy to add points to your account appropriately. Please note we are unable to add points retroactively to unregistered accounts. To register your account, click Register My Card.

CAN I TRANSFER POINTS TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT?

The program is intended for personal use only, points and membership benefits are non-transferable.

HOW MAY I MANAGE MY ACCOUNT?

Jeff Ruby’s Guest Loyalty Program accounts may be easily managed by visiting JeffRuby.com and navigating to the Guest Loyalty link. Card balances, profile information and more can be accessed from this area.

IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ACCOUNT, WHO CAN I CONTACT?

Most issues can be easily handled through your account interface online. For other issues you may contact us through our website at http://www.jeffruby.com/contact/contact-form/restaurant/corporate (select the Guest Loyalty topic), by emailing GuestLoyalty@JeffRuby.com, or by calling our Corporate Office at 513.321.8080 and asking to speak with the Guest Loyalty Program Coordinator.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER BENEFITS TO BEING A GLP MEMBER?

Yes! As a valued member of the Guest Loyalty Program, you will receive periodic notifications of upcoming events, promotions, and specials. Additionally, you will be eligible for “member-only” incentives and deals throughout the year!

WILL I RECEIVE GLP POINTS ON PURCHASES MADE WITH JEFF RUBY GIFT CARDS?

Absolutely! Purchases made using a Jeff Ruby Gift Card (for food & non-alcoholic beverages) are eligible to earn GLP points. The purchase of the Gift Card itself is not eligible to earn GLP points.

WHY DO I NEED TO REGISTER MY GUEST LOYALTY CARD?

We are unable to transfer points from an unregistered card if it is lost or stolen. To ensure the security of your account, please register it with your name and contact information.

If you joined our program before March 1, 2021, you have a physical GLP card that needs to be connected to an online account. Registration is required in order to access your GLP account online which lets you manage your account, view points, update contact information, and designate preferences.

HOW CAN I TELL IF MY GLP CARD IS REGISTERED?

Check your registration status by clicking Register Your Guest Loyalty Card, Register My Card, and enter your card number. There, you will either by given an option to complete your registration or you will be taken to a page with your information on it. If your card is registered, you will need to take no further steps. If your card is not registered, you will go through the steps to do so. This will only take about 3 minutes.

WILL I RECEIVE A PHYSICAL MEMBERSHIP CARD FOR MY GUEST LOYALTY ACCOUNT?

We no longer issue physical, plastic Guest Loyalty cards for new signups. Our GLP is completely digital and can be accessed through our website or in any of our restaurants by providing your server with your name and/or phone number.

If you have a previously issued GLP card, you’re all set. All you need to do is register it to protect against loss or theft. We strongly encourage you to fully register your existing GLP membership card at the Register My Card link above..
