Important Information Effective August 22, 2010 Gift Card User Agreement

This Gift Card User Agreement contains terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) applicable to all gift cards sold for cash or traded for goods or services by any Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment restaurant (“Jeff Ruby’s”) on or after August 22, 2010 (“Gift Cards”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and keep a copy for your records. By accepting and using your Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Exclusions: These Terms and Conditions shall not apply to any gift card purchased prior to August 22, 2010. These Terms and Conditions shall not apply to complimentary gift cards, frequent diner cards or any other card or device issued by Jeff Ruby’s that has not been prepaid.

Lost or Stolen Cards: Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be replaced without the card number. If you believe your Gift Card has been lost or stolen call the restaurant where the Gift Card was purchased. Phone numbers for all of our restaurants are located on our web site. www.jeffruby.com

Limitations on Use: The amount contained on this Gift Card may be applied toward the purchase of food, beverage, and merchandise. This Gift Card shall not be used to pay for gratuity or redeemed for cash. You must have sufficient, available funds on a Gift Card to pay for any purchase or pay any difference between the available funds and the purchase amount by cash, or credit card.

CARD EXPIRATION: THIS GIFT CARD SHALL EXPIRE (5) FIVE YEARS FROM THE DATE IT WAS SOLD.

General Provisions: Jeff Ruby’s may modify these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion. Such modification shall become effective (15) fifteen days (or such later time if required by law) after notice of the modification is posted on Jeff Ruby’s web site, or by such other method of notice as we may deem appropriate or as may be specifically required by applicable law.
